We spent a night in the King Studio and loved the modern amenities. The location is unbeatable for attending stadium events. Just be prepared for noise at night. earplugs are a must. The convenience of nearby eateries made our stay even better!

During my stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to Chase Field for a game and the nearby Arizona Science Center, which made my weekend feel packed with fun and adventure. The room was large, modern, and very clean.

The location across from a major event center is incredibly convenient for catching shows and events. The King Studio features a spacious kitchenette with a full-size fridge and dishwasher, perfect for longer stays or late-night snacks.

Valet parking can be a real hassle. The wait times for getting your car can stretch too long, with some guests left waiting at crucial times. On top of that, the elevator security feature is downright unclear. several guests were left puzzled about how it worked, leading to unnecessary delays getting to their rooms. Lastly, the room cleanliness standards were lacking. finding hair or trash from previous stays feels unprofessional.
